Welcome to The Art Attack, Delhi’s premier institute for interior and exterior design courses. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. **Admission and Fees**
1.1 **Admission Process**
– Admission to The Art Attack is based on the eligibility criteria set forth for each course. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
1.2 **Course Fees**
– All fees are payable in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of admission. Fees may vary depending on the course selected.
– Fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan before the commencement of classes. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.
1.3 **Late Payment Penalty**
– A late payment fee may be charged if the payment is not made within the stipulated time. The Art Attack reserves the right to deny access to classes and resources until the payment is settled.

2. **Placements and Post-Placement Support**
2.1 **Placement Assistance**
– The Art Attack provides placement assistance to students upon successful completion of their courses. We do not guarantee job placements but offer guidance, training, and opportunities to connect with potential employers.
2.2 **Post-Placement Support**
– We offer post-placement support to our alumni, including career counseling, networking opportunities, and access to additional resources. However, post-placement support is subject to terms that may be specified at the time of placement.
2.3 **Internships**
– While we strive to provide internship opportunities, these are subject to availability and the specific performance and skills of the student.

3. **Refund Policy**
3.1 **Course Withdrawal**
– If a student decides to withdraw from a course, they must notify The Art Attack in writing. The refund policy will apply as per the schedule below:
– **Within 7 Days of Enrollment:** Full refund minus a processing fee.
– **After 7 Days and Before 15 Days of Enrollment:** 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
– **After 15 Days of Enrollment:** No refund will be provided.
3.2 **Course Cancellation by The Art Attack**
– In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by The Art Attack, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
3.3 **Non-Refundable Fees**
– Registration fees, application fees, and any other specified non-refundable charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. **Suspension and Termination**
4.1 **Grounds for Suspension**
– The Art Attack reserves the right to suspend or expel any student who violates the institute’s code of conduct, engages in academic dishonesty, or disrupts the learning environment. This includes but is not limited to plagiarism, cheating, bullying, harassment, and damage to property.
4.2 **Process for Suspension**
– In the event of a suspension, the student will be informed in writing, and an investigation will be conducted. The student may appeal the suspension decision in writing within a specified timeframe.
4.3 **Termination of Enrollment**
– Enrollment may be terminated for repeated violations, failure to meet academic standards, or non-payment of fees. No refund will be provided in cases of termination due to misconduct.

5. **Use of Institute Resources**
5.1 **Access to Facilities**
– Students are granted access to The Art Attack’s facilities, including libraries, studios, and online resources, for the duration of their course. These resources must be used responsibly and for educational purposes only.
5.2 **Intellectual Property**
– All materials, designs, and projects created by students during their time at The Art Attack may be used by the institute for promotional purposes. The intellectual property rights of original work remain with the student, but The Art Attack retains the right to use these works in its marketing materials.

6. **Changes to Terms & Conditions**
6.1 **Modification of Terms**
– The Art Attack reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email or the institute’s official website. Continued enrollment in the course constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
